Where did this idea come from?

Having a planner, which can guide you through the day, month and the year is precious.

I created this planner, which helped me become more productive, more efficient and, most importantly, more fulfilled and happy.

The planner is not dated, since I believe you don’t need to wait for a New Year, a new month, or a new Monday to start planning and changing your life for the better.

This planner won’t do your work for you, but I’m sure it will motivate and guide you in prioritizing. This tool will help you become more organized, set goals, change habits, create a development plan, have a clear idea of ​​your schedule for a month and schedule a daily plan. But most importantly, be grateful for everything you have!

What is inside the planner?

 1. Where does my time go?

Being efficient means knowing yourself, appreciating your energy levels and your time. You cannot control time without controlling your energy. By understanding that you are wasting more time and by understanding the dynamics of your energy, you are lowering your entire path to improvement.

2. My life

When the full picture of your life is in front of your eyes every day, it is easier for you to understand what is really important to you. Knowing where you want to go in your career and personal life will help you reach your goals, change your habits, and focus on what really matters. I have come to the conclusion that the so-called “reverse planning” (from the final goal to specific actions) is a great way to force yourself to think and start planning smartly.

3. My goals

Unwritten goals are just dreams! Complex and interesting goals motivate, but concrete steps are needed to achieve them. Rome was not built in a day; a very good plan was made first. In this section, we will discuss why it is important to set goals correctly and how to organize yourself to achieve them.

 4. My habits

Your life today is the totality of your habits. What you systematically do (what you think about and spend time on every day) ultimately shapes your personality, your beliefs, and how others see you. This part will help you understand how habits work. Here you will learn about a tool that will allow you to create a new habit or change an existing one.

5. My development plan

A personal growth and development plan are absolutely essential.

They allow you to understand what you need to learn, where to find it, what will be the result and how your potential will be revealed. This section will help you complete all of these tasks throughout the year.

6. Monthly planning and reflection

The Monthly Planning section gives you the ability to stay organized throughout the month. By looking at this page, you will immediately see what the current month looks like, what your personal and professional priorities are. Here you will also find an inspirational quote and visualization space to support you. There is a reflection page at the end of each month to help you take stock of the month and see what you can improve in the future.

7. Daily planning

Daily planning pages allow you to organize your day and write down important conclusions at the end of it. The “Today’s Lesson” and “I’m Grateful For” sections are integral elements of your change that leads to a feeling of happiness.

8. Notes and creative ideas

Here you can record whatever you want in free format. Creative pages are designed to let you express whatever comes to your mind.

9. Reflection on the results of 12 months

After 12 months, you will be able to write a final reflection. It is important to understand what you spent the most time on, what you can improve in the future; what habits have changed and what have appeared; what needs to be developed next year. These are your conclusions based on the results of the past 12 months (it is not necessary to start on January 1st).

10. My achievements

This is the place where you praise yourself. We often forget to tell ourselves “well done!”, “You did it”, waiting instead for approval from others, someone else’s confirmation that we are on the right track. Although it is very pleasant to receive the recognition of others, it is much more important to be able to express approval to yourself.

11. Recommended books

In this section, you will find recommendations and short descriptions of books to help improve specific areas of your life. I have read each of these books at least three times.
