Bio
I really like what I do, and I do this with love.
I endlessly love my family. In the first place, I am a mother. I was born in Macedonia. Already at an early age, I realized that my country was too small for me, I wanted to travel the world. I was lucky to have lived in seven countries: Macedonia, USA, Switzerland, India, Turkey, Greece, and Russia. Each of these countries is a unique experience that has made me wiser and stronger.
Education
I love to learn and believe that one needs to learn and develop throughout the whole life, especially when it comes to learning from others. Even my daughter is a teacher for me. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in Greece and a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism at César Ritz University in Switzerland, one of the best hotel schools in the world. Today I am constantly developing my professional qualifications. As a part of this, I received the following certificates: Total Quality Management Professional, USA, and Leading Customer — Focused Teams, Cornell University, USA. I am also:
- a John Maxwell Certified Coach (John Maxwell Team);
- an International Certified Coach – International Coaching Community (ICC);
- an accredited Belbin Team Roles Trainer;
- a certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT, AHLEI).
