“15 Qualities for Working with People” is a table game designed to foster discussion and reflection on the 15 key qualities that enhance interpersonal and professional relationships. It can be used in team-building activities, workshops, or educational settings. Here’s a detailed description of how the game might be structured:

Objective

The primary objective of the game is to identify and discuss important qualities that contribute to effective collaboration and positive interactions with others. It aims to help participants understand the significance of these qualities and how they can be cultivated in a professional environment.

Materials

– Game Board with arrow: A table or a board with  areas representing different qualities and a spinning arrow.

– Quality Cards: Cards with 15 different qualities written on one side and questions foster self-reflection and discussion on the other side. 

– Timer: To keep track of discussion time for each question (3 min)

Setup

1. Arrange the Board: Set up the game board on a table and fix the arrow in the middle.

2. Place the quality cards around the board^ questions face down.

In one group should be max 5 people 

The game can be played from 1 hour up to how many you plan with breaks between

Game Play

1. Spin the arrow: Any player starts the game by spinning the arrow. When the arrow is going to show the payer takes the card and start answering the question.

2. Discussion: Once the player had answer the question, the rest of participants can ask a question, share their view, give their example discuss how the quality is important for working with people and share personal experiences or insights.

4. Mark Progress: In the individual workbook, every participant can mark ideas, progress and discussion.

5. Next Round: Continue the game until the time limit is reached (it can be from 1 hour up to  what you have planned) .

At the end of the game, the facilitator or any group member can summarize the discussion points and highlight the most valued discussion or questions according to the group. This can lead to a final reflection on how to implement these qualities in their daily work life.
